It is with much sadness, we have to announce our Movies on the Farm event will be TEMPORARILY POSTPONED.
Due to the ongoing Covid situation, we will no longer be able to open as planned this December.
We have been working flat out to prepare the site to bring this to you guys, but the council have refused the licensing that we need to proceed despite our very best efforts to ensure we can make this a Covid safe event.
When we initially applied to the council they seemed very hopeful that this would be able to go ahead on the 19th as we had hoped, but today they have said a blanket no with the latest government rules.
We can’t begin to tell you all how sad we are at having to do this announcement, we really wanted to spread lots of festive cheer to the people given the tough time we have all had.
We will be REFUNDING ALL DEPOSITS in the next few days so please bear with us.
Given we have put so much effort into transforming the space to enable us to host this event, we will be looking at holding it in the new year when we are allowed so please watch out for updates which we will post on our Facebook page.
Again we are so sorry to bring this news to you and we sincerely had hoped and wished we could have brought some joy to everyone in these trying times.
Have a great Christmas and Happy New year and we will be in touch very soon.

The Story…
When times are hard, diversity is a great way to adapt…
The Christmas Movies at Dunham Massey Farm is a collaboration of local business, all coming together in the very strange times of Covid, to spread some festive cheer to people in the area.
The idea was started on a meeting with Richard the owner from Dunham Massey Farm, and Mike the owner of Local Production Company Luminate Events.
After a few hours of creative discussion, the concept was born.
We are an Outdoor, Well Ventilated, Covid Compliant event.
Enjoy festive Food and Drink served from our rustic Festive Huts.
Freshly cooked Pizza, Hot Dogs and Toasties. All available to order. And to really get the cinema feel - Popcorn and Sweets!

The Grinch
In the town of Whoville, the human-like people called Whos are filled with excitement about celebrating Christmas. The only one not amused is the cantankerous and green-furred Grinch!
Miracle on 34th Street
The timeless classic that has become a perennial christmas favourite. An old man going by the name of Kris Kringle fills in for a drunken Santa in a New York Thanksgiving Day Parade.
